The White House

The White House is a summer residence and a pied-à-terre for two families living abroad, designed to accommodate a total of 2 to 6 people.
The original house, a construction from the 1970s, was completely redesigned from scratch. The reconstruction involved a full renovation of the building, both internally and externally, as well as of the surrounding outdoor spaces.
The owners sought great clarity in the lines and in the choice of materials, so as to best highlight the spatial context in which the project is situated.
The new complex provides privacy and autonomy for the two families, while at the same time allowing the two residences to share the garden and the magnificent view of the Saronic Gulf.
