YSE was created aiming to reach deeper and personalize the architectural composition, introducing the concept of spatial experience in the Project. We approach the production of “space” as a process that occurs daily and involuntarily, through the user and his interaction with space as a constructed environment. Working in both directions, the structured space can in turn determine the experience of the individual, and in combination with his everyday life, offer him the opportunities and experiences he seeks. This process eventually creates a personal and personalized “space” for each individual.
At YSE, the architectural composition is born through the dialogue. It is based on the communication with the user, his personal story, needs and desires, and it answers to one or more questions this communication highlights. This personal-centered approach of the Architectural Composition process, as well as and our deep experience allow us to implement, in collaboration with the user, a unique and special project that meets the needs and expresses the personality of each interested party.
Our method is the holistic management of every issue related to space, starting from the “idea” and moving on to the implementation of the project. In conjunction with the Architectural Study, YSE is also active in the fields of Urban Planning, Graphic Design and architectural lighting.
With the same care and persistence on the detail, YSE also supports the implementation of the project. The construction is the realization of the Architectural Composition and is treated as an inextricably linked part of the production of the “space”.

Consulting services concern the support during the research phase. By connecting to the idea in the most primal stage of a project we can support and fully investigate and develop possible implementation scenarios of an investment, as well as prevent any future risks. Among others, we can identify weaknesses and advise stakeholders accordingly on subjects related to site selection, legislation, and development parameters.
Branding
We always approach the issues by building a central idea around a philosophy. This allows us to introduce the “branding” concept even in residential scale projects. Utilizing this possibility allows clear communication of the intention of the Architectural Composition and concept. At YSE we create and highlight the identity of the site / construction, guided mainly by the needs of each user.
Architectural Study
The process of the Architectural Study is architecture in its essential form. At this stage we raise questions, and we proceed on planning by seeking the right answers. The Architectural Composition creates space relations, both functional and oncoplastic, and highlights them through a central idea. In this way we produce spaces with a special personality and charm, which respond with consistency to the needs and personal desires of the ultimate user
Construction
The stage of Construction is extremely crucial for the implementation of a Study, as the original Architectural Composition can either be highlighted or canceled by it. At YSE we promote the Architectural Study along with an "in house process" construction. In this way we can address accordingly every construction detail and ensure the complete and secure implementation of the project. Our extensive experience in construction sites helps us provide solutions to demanding issues, and secure the most efficient result with emphasis on quality and consistency of the work done.
