HETEROCLITO reloaded

This elongated space is the “little sibling” of the original Heteroclito, with which it is directly adjacent. Its design was based on the idea of reproduction, through the deconstruction of the first space.

The scenography redefines the bar, which dominates the space with its characteristic Indian marble—this time in a long, linear form that follows the spatial layout. The distinctive corner window is reinterpreted through the placement of a mirrored metal structure that recreates its presence. A metal glass rack is suspended along the entire length of the bar, while yellow tiles are installed on the work counters. In this way, the relationships and qualities of the original Heteroclito are rediscovered in a more introverted version of it.

At the back, the wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine and the basement respectively, together with the glass blocks that cover the wall facing the adjacent arcade, create a sense of permeability and continuity within the space.
