Description

Polly Maggo operated in Metaxourgeio since 2009. The main concept was the deconstruction of the French bistrot, its adaptation to the industrial area of ​​Metaxourgeio as well as the alignment with the simple and earthy approach of chef George Ilios’ cooking. Cement mortar was chosen for the floor but also for the walls and wood for the bar and tables. Round opals were chosen for the lighting concept, which are reflected in the corner shop window and expand.
